We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to work in the school office supporting the Headteacher, School Business Manager and other staff. This post is fixed term for 1 year in the first instance with a possibility of a permanent position when this ends. This is a job share position with an Administration assistant who will work in the afternoons. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school so you will have a welcoming manner. It is essential that you are well organised and have excellent communication, IT and inter personal skills. You will need to be able to manage your time efficiently, have a high level of confidentiality and maintain a sense of humour. SIMS and FMS knowledge/experience would be desirable but full training will be given.
This post will also incorporate some medical cover throughout the day and training will be provided if necessary.
Hours will be 27.5hours per week, 5 days a week 8am - 1.30pm
